The details, explained.
Answers to help prepare an inquiry and understand the ordering process.
Inquiries & quotations
What should I include?
Manufacturer, full reference, quantity, destination and required date. Add drawings or specifications when the reference is incomplete.
Can I send a complete parts list?
Yes. The form accepts PDF, CSV and XLSX files up to 5 MB. Keep manufacturer, reference and quantity in separate columns.
How quickly will I receive an answer?
Timing depends on the complexity of the request and the information available. Include any fixed deadline so it can be considered.
Are products available immediately?
Product condition, availability and lead time are confirmed for each inquiry.
Parts & technical alternatives
Can I request discontinued components?
Include the exact reference, installed version if known, quantity and acceptable condition. See the discontinued-reference guide.
Can I request an alternative?
State whether alternatives may be proposed and which functions or interfaces are essential. Your engineering team should approve compatibility before an order is confirmed.
Are you an authorised distributor?
Manufacturer names identify the requested equipment. Any authorised-distributor status should be confirmed for the relevant manufacturer before placing an order.
Orders & delivery
How will the basket work?
Select components, check the quantities and press Order. The company-details form opens at that point.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your inquiry or order request is sent to our team for review. A confirmation appears after successful submission. Our team will contact you to discuss availability, pricing and delivery.
How are shipping and payment terms agreed?
The quotation and order agreement confirm commercial terms, shipping costs and timing for the specific requirement.
What warranty and returns terms apply?
Request the applicable warranty, returns and product-condition terms with the quotation and review them before confirming an order.
